Refund & Cancellation Policy

Customers are allowed to cancel the orders placed either before the shipment from the stores or within four days of delivery. No cancellation charges will be levied if the customers cancel the products before they dispatch from the stores.
Once we receive cancellation request from the customer before the delivery of the product from the stores a refund is issued to the original payment method or to the respective bank account.
If the customer wanted to return the product after the delivery at the customer premises 5% of product cost will be deducted (for picking up the product from the customer) and a refund is issued to the original payment method.

If the standard time-frame as mentioned in the above table has expired and you have still not received the refund, please contact your credit or debit card issuer or your bank for more information. Refunds will not be processed in cash. Refunds can be processed via paper cheque only in exceptional cases.

For fulfilled by direct orders:

  • If the payment method, used to make the payment (such as credit/ debit card) at the time of purchase is no longer valid, refund will be issued through a demand draft.
  • If the payment failure notice is received from the customer’s bank, refund will be issued through a demand draft.
  • E-mail request will be asked to call us and provide name and address where the demand draft to be sent. After we receive these details, refund will be initiated.

Refund for Pay on Delivery Orders:

For Pay on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed to your bank account (via National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT))
If you wish to receive the Pay on Delivery order’s refund to your bank account, you can update the details of the bank account in Your Account section or from the Returns Centre when you are returning an item.
Note: Refunds cannot be processed to third-party accounts.

Shipping Cost Refunds

  • For orders fulfilled by us, return shipping costs of up to Rs. 100 per product or 5% of the order value will be deducted.
  • If you’re returning a Seller-Fulfilled item, you can request the seller to reimburse the return shipping charges you incurred. In such cases, a seller might ask you to provide the charges receipt
